WhatsApp us a photo of your documents, fill the request form, or come to the shop. We confirm requirements and the exact fee before starting.
Pay by M-Pesa
Pay the confirmed service fee by M-Pesa or bank transfer. Government fees — like passport or certificate charges — are separate and shown to you first.
Get it done
Receive your document or confirmation by WhatsApp or email, or collect a printed copy at the shop. We stay reachable until everything is sorted.
We will never ask for your password
Government portals like iTax and eCitizen use OTPs and passwords sent to your phone. We will never ask you to type them into this website, and we only ever request the details your specific service needs.

How long does it take?
Most in-shop and online services are done the same day — often within the hour. Anything that depends on a government agency (passports, good conduct, certificates) follows that agency's own timeline, and we keep you updated.

Refund policy: service fees are refundable only where work has not started. Government fees already paid to agencies cannot be refunded.
